The gorgeous, three-dimensional floral design is made using the specialized filigrana de barro technique traditional to Santa María Atzompa. A truly special representation of Oaxacan heritage!
Please note: This piece is made from unglazed clay and is naturally porous. When filled with water, the clay will absorb moisture, causing the exterior to darken slightly and feel damp to the touch without actively leaking. Best used for dried arrangements, or fresh flowers using an internal glass insert. If placing directly on wood or delicate surfaces with water inside, always use a waterproof saucer or coaster.
