RETURN POLICY
At Eterna Home, we take the journey of our treasures seriously. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase, from the moment it leaves our US studio to the moment it finds its place in your home.
The Safe Journey Guarantee
We take full responsibility for the journey. We hand-pack every item with care to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your treasure arrives damaged, we provide a replacement or full refund.
How to report damage: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us at hello@eterna-home.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to love your find. If you decide an item isn't the right fit for your space, items are eligible for a return and refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: For your convenience, we cover the cost of return shipping and will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
- Restocking Fee: All "Change of Mind" returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Process: To start a return, please contact us at hello@eterna-home.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Artisan Nature & Variations
All of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans. Please embrace the minor variations, natural textures, and unique imperfections that make your item one-of-a-kind. These characteristics are a mark of authenticity and are not considered defects under our Safe Journey Guarantee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
