Shipping Destinations

Eterna Home currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to US Territories.

Dispatch & Processing

Every order is hand-packed with care to ensure your items are protected.

  • Processing Time: Your order will leave our US studio within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs: Economy and Standard delivery.

  • Delivery Estimates: A delivery time estimate for each shipping option will be shown to you at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the value of your order and the selected service.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $200.

Safe Journey Guarantee

We take full responsibility for the journey of your package. We understand that some of our items are delicate, and we go to great lengths to package them securely.

In the rare event that your treasure arrives damaged, we provide a replacement or full refund.

How to claim: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@eterna-home.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Eterna Home is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
