Founded by world-renowned ceramicist Maestro José García Antonio and his wife and muse, Maestra Santa Reyna Teresita, the family studio is celebrated for its expressive terracotta sculptures. Despite losing his sight to cataracts in middle age, Maestro José continues to sculpt remarkable, tactile clay forms purely by touch and memory, working side by side with Teresita and their children. This fish wall plaque showcases the studio's deep connection to folk symbolism and tactile pattern-making.
